EPX2 Anchoring Adhesive
(Cement-Based Grout for BoltHold® Anchors)
EPX2 is a rapid-setting, expanding cement grout that bonds BoltHold anchors securely to asphalt, curing to a hard, water-resistant mass within minutes.

Mixing & Working Time
- Mix 1 part water to 4-5 parts cement (or follow bag label).
- Working time: ≈ 15 min @ 70 °F.
- Partial load after 1 hour, full load after 2 hours at 70 °F.
- Below 50 °F the grout may not cure. See Tech Notes AN-36 (cold) & AN-65 (hot), or use EPX3 epoxy.
Application Tips
- Mix only what you can place within a 15-minute window, or work as a three-person team (mix / pour / anchor).
