Refund policy
This page summarizes the returns section of our Terms and Conditions of sale. If this page and the Terms and Conditions disagree, the Terms and Conditions apply.
In short: unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 60 days of shipment. A 20% restocking fee applies, and return shipping is your cost. To start a return, email support@asphaltanchors.com with your order number and we'll send you a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number.
Returns Policy
Any claim for shortage must be made by Buyer within five (5) days from the date of receipt of shipment. Any shortage claim not made within said period shall be conclusively deemed waived by Buyer.
Goods shall only be accepted by Seller if requested by Buyer in writing and if a valid Return Material Authorization (RMA) number has been issued by Seller.
The return of other than defective goods will be accepted if returned within sixty (60) days of the date originally shipped by Seller, subject to a restocking charge of twenty percent (20%) of the price of the returned goods, in addition to the cost of prepaid freight that may have been paid by Seller on FOB shipments. Buyer shall ship goods back to Seller at the address specified below, at Buyer's expense. Seller shall reject returned materials that are not new and/or not in their original packaging. Custom products shall not be returnable.
Seller shall not be liable for any damage to goods during shipment. Buyer shall make any claim for damages due to shipment directly to the carrier.
How to Start a Return
Email support@asphaltanchors.com with your original order number and what you would like to return. We will reply with an RMA number. You can also start a return yourself at https://accounts.asphaltanchors.com.
Include your order number and RMA number with the return, and email the tracking number to support@asphaltanchors.com.
