If the online store rejects your credit card, make sure that the Zip code you show on the "Bill To" contact information that you entered matches the Zip code where the monthly bill from the credit card to your company is mailed to.

If you are enquiring about an order you placed but did not receive yet, check your email inbox for order confirmation from us. It should have been received within minutes of your placing the order. If you can not locate it, check your spam folder
