Mounting-plate holes should be 1/8″ larger than the bolt; drill out smaller holes with a step bit. Guide loads come from the low end of our test results, including hot pavement up to 120°F, for short-duration loads on anchors installed in 3″ asphalt. The side guide load is where the anchor starts to shift, not where it fails. They are guidance, not a certified rating. How we test

A few anchors? Start with a kit

Four SP10 anchors with the right amount of adhesive, for a bike rack, a sign or a few posts.

Need five or more? A 6-pack of SP10 plus the smallest EPX2 is $84, or $14.00 per anchor.

Every anchor needs one. Anchor pages work out how much for your count. Buying adhesive on its own? The calculator sizes it from your anchors.

Our best adhesive. Clean cartridges, works in cold weather.
