Shopping cart corrals are mostly installed in parking lots.  After at least one person was gravely injured during a windstorm that hurled a shopping corral, some major grocery chains started tying the corrals down using our BoltHold anchors.

We recommend using the SP10 for areas with moderate (50mph) wind gusts or SP12 for areas where winds up to 70 mph are expected.  Over 70 mph consider using the SP18 anchors. Note that many corrals have <1/2" holes. Using the SP18 requires enlarging the holes.
